About: Process Not Perfection
I am a ceramic artist with a passion for creating both functional and decorative stoneware ceramics. Clay, being such a forgiving and intuitive medium, has always drawn me in for the same reasons that captivate children: anything is possible and it's okay to make a mess sometimes!
In a world that moves too fast, I advocate for slow making. The pottery process teaches me to savour each step, and I hope my work invites you to do the same - to pause, to smile, or both. I draw inspiration from everyday moments, nature, overlooked things, and the age-old question, ‘What to do with complicated emotions?’
I'm passionate about creating spaces for others to explore their creativity. I also love watching things grow, writing poetry, and I'm mad about vintage clothes.
